Terms & Conditions You may return any product in new condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping costs. We cannot accept returns after 14 days. Of course, we will gladly pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please email us for any additional return information and include your name, address, order number and date of purchase. We will reply with return authorisation and instructions of how to send it back to us. We recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
